Bonjour, mes amis! Forbes Meat Co. is off to France this week, celebrating a culture rich in meat tradition.

Our focus for the French Experience Box is charcuterie, with a box of ingredients fit for a meat and cheese board you’ll love. And since you can’t eat charcuterie without wine, we’ve partnered with Revel Wine Bar to include a selection of white and red French wines.

The France Box includes:
1 cooked house-made duck confit leg
1 slice of house-made country style pâté
1 pound (4 links) of house-made Classic French Sausage
3 oz French Morbier cheese
1 demi baguette
Your choice of Red or White French Wine

The France box is available for PICKUP ONLY from our downtown shop (220 East Broadway) this Week only (until 8/22). Feeds two (or one very hungry person).
